JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF SUED FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT

A former Jackson County jail administrator is suing the county and Sherriff Kenneth Bean, already facing charges of sexual battery and sexual contact with inmates, for sexual harassment. Lisa Banks, 42, claims the sheriff engaged in inappropriate behavior and made offensive comments, according to a lawsuit filed on Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the Middle District Tennessee at Cookeville.
